Fred Olsen Lines has defined and refined the cruise experience, as a family-operated company. With a fleet of five glistening-white ships, they believe that small is beautiful. Unlike other larger ships, they are proud of the intimate world they offer, where modern-day conveniences sail in harmony with traditional values.
Cruise from a number of UK ports, such as Southampton, Dover, Leith, Greenock, Liverpool, Belfast or Newcastle. For those long haul destinations such as the Caribbean there are a large selection of fly/cruise packages available, with ground handlers to ensure your luggage is taken care of. There are also a number of themed cruises such as The Artsclub, where you can indulge in your favourite hobby, from Bridge to Wine-tasting and even an exciting golf programme. Fred Olsen also sail Canary Islands & West Africa, Mediterranean and Northern Europe.
Life on board is fantastic, with superb food coupled with friendly, attentive services that are hallmarks of the Fred Olsen experience. The extensive yet reasonably priced wine cellar puts this experience in a class of its own. For guests celebrating a special occasion a cruise is the perfect option, and at Fred Olsen there is an extensive range of arrangements at attractive prices to suit every occasion - whether it’s a honeymoon, anniversary, birthday or retirement.
At Fred Olsen you will find a special blend of entertainment as the sun goes down. In the Neptune Lounge, specially-choreographed revenue, comedy and lavishly-costumed West End favourites bring the night alive. Special ‘Theme Nights’ such as British Night, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s nights, or Western night all bring there own magic. A refreshing Sea Breeze mixed to perfection is the perfect way to round off the day in one of the bars.
While at sea there are countless choices to give just the right balance of activity and relaxation. Soak up the sun on deck, pause for an al fresco mid-morning tea or coffee or a few lengths in one of the ship’s pools.
Onboard Fed Olsen, cabin layouts and colour schemes may vary across ship. The majority of cabins have two moveable beds and suite accommodation is available.
